How can I present as more masculine? I have short ass hair and wear masculine clothing, but I feel as though I am interpreted as a cishet female, when I am anything but. I JUST WANT TO EXUDE MASCULINITY, Y IS THIS SO DIFFICULT?

Hi!

We think that masculinity is such a huge thing.  Given the chance, masculinity will take on an infinite number of moods in one evening within one individual. It’s really a matter of what you are feeling.  It’s hard to tell someone how to exude more masculinity but we can tell you that it comes from within. You can put on whatever you will.  And hair, worn a certain way, can offer a certain ambiguity. Still, it’s a matter of the gut, so to speak. The feeling of otherness of strange internal movements.  It’s about seeing yourself and feeling yourself differently than anyone can imagine you. It’s almost as if you put on blinders to the reflections in the mirror and look inside for the self that you are. Once you begin to see that self, dress for that self, speak and promote that self others will see you too.  Trust me, it will change. Be patient and be clear. 

:: INVESTMENT :: Recently I was reminded of how much I love Turner Field Stadium, baseball and the Braves.  I attended the Atlanta Braves vs. Washington Nationals (Braves won!) game about a week ago and while I sat there getting caught up in the excitement, I was able to walk down that mental memory lane.  When I first moved to America, I went to a Braves game and was hooked.  I’ve seen Dave Matthews Band there— One of the best shows I’ve ever been to. Atlanta loves their Braves and the atmosphere really lends to that feeling of belonging on a very simple human level.   When we left, while sitting in traffic I was still fondly reminiscent of the simple joys that come just by watching a game, laughing with friends, making new friends and spending some downtime.  Here’s to a great sport and a beautiful Atlanta landmark. One of the many reasons why I LOVE ATL. I took these pictures to share with you all. I hope you enjoy them.  -McKenzie

Recently I was reminded of how much I love Turner Field Stadium, baseball and the Braves.  I attended the Atlanta Braves vs. Washington Nationals (Braves won!) game about a week ago and while I sat there getting caught up in the excitement, I was able to walk down that mental memory lane. 

When I first moved to America, I went to a Braves game and was hooked.  I’ve seen Dave Matthews Band there— One of the best shows I’ve ever been to. Atlanta loves their Braves and the atmosphere really lends to that feeling of belonging on a very simple human level.  

When we left, while sitting in traffic I was still fondly reminiscent of the simple joys that come just by watching a game, laughing with friends, making new friends and spending some downtime.  

Here’s to a great sport and a beautiful Atlanta landmark. One of the many reasons why I LOVE ATL. I took these pictures to share with you all. I hope you enjoy them.
